The distribution of the PCL Bulacan Educational Assistance Program for 2026 continued in San Rafael under the leadership of Board Member Anjo Mendoza, together with Vice Mayor Edison M. Veneracion, PCL Bulacan Auditor Councilor Mel Santos and the members of the Sangguniang Bayan of San Rafael.
