The PCL-Bulacan Monthly Board Meeting last November 27, 2024 took place in Timotea’s Event Hall Obando, Bulacan. The said meeting was hosted by PCL Obando headed by PCL-Bulacan board of director Rowell S. Rillera together with Mayor Leonardo Ding Valeda.
