The Provincial Councilors League of Bulacan (PCL-Bulacan) successfully conducted its Monthly Board Meeting on September 25, 2026 in San Rafael, Bulacan. The meeting was hosted by the Municipal Government of San Rafael, led by Vice Mayor Edison M. Veneracion, PCL Bulacan Auditor Councilor Mel Santos and members of the Sangguniang Bayan.
