The First PCL – Bulacan Congress was held last September 04 – 07, 2023 at The Bellevue Resort, Panglao Island, Bohol with the help and support of DILG Bulacan headed by PD Myrvi Apostol. The theme of the said event was “Sanggunian in Action: Leading Sustainable Development for Inclusive Communities”.
