Last February 16, 2024 PCL Bulacan monthly board meeting and oath taking of newly appointed officers was held at the historical church – Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish – Barasoain Church.  The said events were hosted by the City Government of Malolos headed by Mayor Christian Natividad, Vice Mayor Migs Bautista and the entire city council of Malolos.  The group was delighted by the cordial reception received.  The PCL Bulacan board, gleefully expressed their deep gratitude to welcoming gestures given to them.

The First Board Meeting for the year 2024 of the Lady Local Legislators’ League of the Philippines (Four- L) Bulacan Chapter, Inc. Officers and Board of Directors headed by President Lucy Diego, with the presence of PCL- Bulacan President William R. Villarica held in Tantoco’s Catering, Tabang, City of Malolos, Bulacan last January 31, 2024.

Project Planning of PCL officers Bulacan Chapter for 2024 was held last January 24 – 26, 2024 at Elliannah Pines Hotel, Baguio City. The said activity was chaired by BM William R. Villarica.

PCL Bulacan Chapter held its Paskuhan ng Liga 2023 and Year End Assembly last December 20, 2023 at Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, City of Malolos, Bulacan.   The said event was led by BM William R. Villarica.  There were also PCL Presentations from different municipalities and cities that added colors to the occasion. 

The 14th PCL Bulacan regular board meeting was held last December 01, 2023 at Shin’Yuu Japanese Cuisine, Tikay, City of Malolos, Bulacan.

The PCL Bulacan chapter was convened for a monthly board meeting happened in REV Resort, San Miguel, Hagonoy, Bulacan last October 13, 2023.  The said event was hosted by PCL Vice President Jey-R Manlapaz and SB Hagonoy.  The group was very thankful for the warm welcome of Mayor Flordeliza Manlapaz and Vice Mayor Charo Sy Alvarado – Mendoza.

The monthly board meeting of PCL Bulacan chapter took place at CSJDM Convention Center on September 20,2023.  It was hosted by PCL B.O.D. Coun. Glenn Villano and SP CSJDM.  The group expressed their heartfelt appreciation to San Jose Del Monte City Mayor Artur Robes, Cong. Rida Robes, Vice Mayor Jr Bartolome and the whole City Council of San Jose Del Monte for their cordial reception.

The First PCL - Bulacan Congress was held last September 04 - 07, 2023 at The Bellevue Resort, Panglao Island, Bohol with the help and support of DILG Bulacan headed by PD Myrvi Apostol. The theme of the said event was "Sanggunian in Action: Leading Sustainable Development for Inclusive Communities".

Last September 01, 2023 the opening of weeklong PCL Bulacan sportsfest happened at Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium.  The theme of the event was PCL synergy of creative programs and best practices towards global collaboration.

August 18, 2023 - PCL Bulacan Chapter convene for a meaningful monthly meeting happened in Sa Tabing Ilog Private Resort and Events’ Place, Lumbac, Pulilan, Bulacan.  The said activity was hosted by PCL Bulacan.  The group expressed their warmest gratitude to Mayor Maritz Ochoa-Montejo, Vice Mayor Rj Peralta, PCL-Bulacan Municipal Representative Coun. JR Clemente with the Municipal Council of Pulilan for their cordial reception.
