August 18, 2023 – PCL Bulacan Chapter convene for a meaningful monthly meeting happened in Sa Tabing Ilog Private Resort and Events’ Place, Lumbac, Pulilan, Bulacan.  The said activity was hosted by PCL Bulacan.  The group expressed their warmest gratitude to Mayor Maritz Ochoa-Montejo, Vice Mayor Rj Peralta, PCL-Bulacan Municipal Representative Coun.
