The PCL Bulacan Chapter held its monthly meeting at Le Regina Executive Subdivision, San Pedro Highway, Bustos, Bulacan last February 17, 2023. The said meeting was hosted by Municipality of Bustos headed by Mayor Francis Albert “Iskul” Juan and Vice Mayor Matin SJ. Angeles.
