The PCL Bulacan Chapter monthly meeting was held last July 14, 2023 in Liwasang Pangkalikasan ng Marilao, Marilao, Bulacan. It was hosted by Municipal Government of Marilao headed by Mayor Henry Lutao, PCL Marilao through PCL Bulacan President BM William Villarica and Municipal Representative Coun. Ariel Amador.
